Was running down SVD, big old red truck was breaking short of hitting someone, ended up parked on the sidewalk. I didn't see what happened, only the reaction of some of the people near the scene of the accident. I make a left onto Centreville road after phoning emergency numbers from the bottom of the hill, not a few seconds go by before the rescue squad, ambulance and firetruck are rolling past me. Did someone get seriously grilled?
